Where it all began…

My love story started at a very early age. The circle of love around my Mother’s neck was a pearl necklace. It defined her elegance and grace like an angelic halo of perfection and simplicity.

My Mother, gifted with unspeakable talent and limited resources; she spent hours with a needle and thread making clothing for her 8 children and husband. This included, my collection of Barbie’s, that were always, ‘red carpet ready’ in gowns of whimsical glamour!

I attribute my imagination and vision to my Mother; she is my inspiration, she is the most skillful virtuous, committed and godly woman I have ever known.

With every pearl that is placed on a strand, I envision her indescribable strength, creativity and tenacious spirit and it gives me inspiring courage to create. She is my “true love story” she is in everything I am.
